Wait? It's Wednesday?

I’ll be honest, if it wasn’t for my Google calendar sending me an email of what I had on the schedule today, I wouldn’t know it was Wednesday. Seriously. I’m not sure how we got to Wednesday already or how it’s still only Wednesday!

I sent the following to a friend this morning:

Me: Hey dude, I’m not ignoring your email
Matt: I know.
Me:  Here’s what happened in the last few days: I’ve been sick, D’Lovely had a baby, crazy meetings and must finish projects for work, Law conference about harassment, protected classes and retaliations, and although my calendar says today is Wednesday, I’m not convinced it’s not next week already.

We’ve known each other a long time. (We met in Calc class in college and then fortified that friendship via Circuit City. He’s Lance’s best friend, too.) Knowing me so long, he knows that sometimes this happens in life and dare I say, he’s used to it from me.

(Sorry Matt! You’re a trooper for hanging on.)

ANYWAY.

I don’t have any WTF to share with you today, but I do have this.
