I’ve been slipping with this whole thankful thing! Oh dear. Please don’t think I’m not thankful, I’ve just been busy and overwhelmed.

thankful for #19:
I am thankful for my readers and friends who messaged me and commented so that I felt a little more like my sparkly special snowflake self.

I, too, am grateful for my readers. I never do the thankful thing. I guess I should start doing it next year. I probably look like a grouchy person who is grateful for nothing!
My cousin made a comment about not seeing enough “thankful” posts on Fb and admonishing those sho weren’t posting. I told her we don’t all feel it necessary to post there and are saying “thank you” in our own ways. So what my point is, I won’t judge for you not posting!
On the Go! Can you catch me?
I saw someone who wondered whether or not the thankful posts were just people trying to brag…I don’t necessarily think that’s the case, but, it would be nice if we remembered all that we’re thankful for the other 11 months of the year…
I was thinking that some are but see it really (for me at least) to acknowledge the good in my life. I’m thinking of doing a summary post for the week to say such things
On the Go! Can you catch me?
Last Thanksgiving was one I will always be thankful for. It was my last one with my mother-in-law. She fought a vicious cancer for almost a year and passed away in July. Her spirit of thankfulness and cheer will be missed on the 24th this year, but she will still be there with us.
*This was in my spam folder, not sure if it’s legit or not, but it was a nice Thankful post.*
